Alterations to the venue, location, dates and menu at the managing committee’s discretion. Once we have broadcast the details we of course would like to honour them but circumstance may force us to change them. We will try and let you know via email as soon as possible.

Cancellation and refund policy

We will refund in full up to 2 weeks prior to the broadcast date. Your cheque will be destroyed and not posted back.

Less than 2 weeks prior to the broadcast date, no refund will be made unless we can fill yours space(s) from the waiting list. If we can fill your places then your cheque will be destroyed and not posted back.

Waiting list

All requests subsequent to the ‘event closure’ date will be placed on the waiting list on a first applied basis and should we have any cancellations after the ‘event closure’ date then first name on the waiting list will be offered the place(s)
